The second outermost circle of the Likatier tribe is the Lebemenschen community. These are the tribal members who participate in the life of the tribe at least in a small form, identify themselves with the tribe and want to be tribal members. Children under the age of 18 of parental Lebemenschen are automatically also Lebemenschen. The name "Lebemensch" is based, on the one hand, on the tribal claim "On the trail of life", on the other hand it also refers to the main criterion, namely that the Lebemensch more or less participates in the "life" of the tribe.

A living person automatically belongs to the outermost tribal circle, namely the Lamatieden.

Those tribal members who are not trace humans but who belong to the live human community receive the following special social titles, which constitute the first part of the tribal name of the respective member:

The adult and adolescent men have the social title "Lebemann".
The adult and adolescent women have the social title "Lebefrau".
The male children have the social title "Lebejunge".
The female children have the social title "Lebemädchen".
Deceased children whose gender was not yet known (departures etc.) have the social title "Lebekind".
