The second inner circle of the Likatier tribe is the Schwurmenschen community. These are the tribesmen who promised never to leave again. Of course, this promise is not always kept, so that it has happened several times in the history of the tribe that a Schwurmensch has left the tribe, which is of course also possible without any problems. The Schwurmenschen are the actual bearers of the tribe. They decide by consensus on all important issues, in particular on the cultural development of the tribe and on all organographic matters, such as the admission of new members.

A Schwurmensch automatically belongs to all outer tribal circles, such as the Spurmenchen, the Lebemenschen and the Lamatieden.
Those tribal members who are not existential men but who belong to the community of the Schwurmensch receive the following special social titles, which constitute the first part of the tribal name of the respective member:
