The group "New Comer" in the Likatier tribe is not a normal tribal group, but was founded much later in 1994 in order to provide the young people who were to grow up with an environment in which they could organize themselves, pursue their interests and articulate and satisfy their needs. It's the tribal youth group, so to speak. Parties are organized, trips planned, and recently even the idea of a special youth school put into practice.

The organisational structure of New Comer is similar to that of the tribe - there is a president, his deputy and several other leading officials. The young people often hold meetings. "You can become "New Comer" without being a tribal member (this also applies to the other social groups of the tribe, by the way). The boys and girls of the tribe can become members of the newcomers from the age of 14 at the latest. Membership normally ends at the age of 24.

Within the youth group, a girls' round and a boys' round have developed, each of which also carry out their own actions. The "New Comers" are very proud of their group and hardly a week goes by without at least one event. The tribal youths are not only members of the New Comers, but mostly also become members of one of the tribal groups Campari, Bombe, Eloeme, Secret or Zoo.
