Houses

In principle, every tribe-owned house and every tribe-owned property in Likatien also gets a name. In addition, every room, every corridor and every staircase is given a name, just like every other striking part of the building. These names are usually also then attached to the respective rooms by name tags or inscriptions, so that the tribal members gradually know these many names by heart. Here, too, the world view of the Likatians shows itself, who view a property or a house or a room not only as a somehow arranged functional accumulation of matter, but also as a being with whom one can communicate as such and which one can also appreciate like any other being. Here too, the naming is first and foremost a symbolic act of relationship and recognition as a being.
