Meaning of dreams

Unfortunately, only a few people are genuinely and deeply interested in the meaning of dreams. Many still feel briefly touched by the dreamed pictures in the morning, but then the feelings and memories evaporate very quickly and the dream is ultimately not given any place or meaning.

Within the framework of the dream activity the tribal members try to give the dreams their value and a spiritual-emotional space in which the dream can unfold its message. For the Likatians, the dream has, among other things, the meaning of a medium to the deep unconscious layers of man, to the processes of the soul, to the occupations and feelings not accessible to man. The dream speaks the purest and most unadulterated language of man himself. The dream makes visible to man what he cannot see in himself in his waking consciousness, in his morals, in his spiritual, cultural values. Thus no authority in man speaks as much truth about man as his dreams and can thus be seen as the most credible ambassador of his own soul.
